HANDS MINISTRIES

We will be the hands of Christ for and among the least, the outcast, the stranger, the poor and the other.

St. Luke’s Hunger Ministries operates one of the largest food pantries in the city and provides meals through Saturday suppers and Sunday Breakfasts.

School Partnerships support Adopt-a-School partners with Sherwood Elementary and supporting vital after-school programs through HARC (Highland Area Renewal Corporation).

Hands-on Service engages in housing ministries, environmental action, employment ministry, and emergency assistance.

Community Partnership actively cooperates with the University Council of Congregations, the University Neighborhood Development Corporation and others.

Connecting in Mission supports local, regional, and global missions such as Hannah’s Hope adoption ministry, Memphis Conference agencies, and Africa University.
